FrontWell Solutions

  • Industry: B2B IT Services & Manufacturing Digitalization
  • Headquarters: Bad Vilbel (Frankfurt), Germany
  • Company Size: 200 employees

The Challenge

FrontWell Solutions needed to get specialized consultants working in Portugal fast, but government processing times for their planned Foreign Employer entity put those start dates at risk. They also needed white-glove support for each hire and a partner who understood the strict labor compliance rules tied to the pharma and chemical sectors they serve.

The Solution

BRIDGE IN pivoted to a temporary Employer of Record model so the first four consultants could start in May and June 2025 while the Foreign Employer entity was still being processed, with zero gaps in social security or insurance coverage along the way.

Once that entity was ready, BRIDGE IN managed a full, single-date transition of every employee into the permanent structure by September 1, 2025.
